How the Container is Held
Six 1:1 Sessions
- Each 60-minute session will include meditation, energy transmission and transformative conversation.
- These sessions are spaced over the course of 3 months, allowing integration and real-time shifts.

- Two personalized guided audio meditations with transmission. One at the start of our work together and the second midway. To support your daily routine, deepen alignment, integrate and sustain growth.
- Daily telepathic transmission (between 6 and 7 am CET)
The space between sessions is where much of the integration happens. The container holds you in the seen and unseen.

The immersive nature of this container allows for deep energetic containment to support your unfolding.
